Beef stroganoff from pork in a slow cooker

Cooking method
1. Pork is washed, dried with a paper towel, cut into thin pieces about 1 cm thick.
2. Beat off each piece, cut into thin strips.
3. Roll the strips of meat in starch (or flour), add salt.
4. Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
5. Select the "Frying" program, set the time to 15 minutes, pour vegetable oil into the bowl and spread the onion.
6. As soon as the onion warms up, spread the meat, simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Now pour in the yogurt and add dry adjika, pepper.
8. Select the "Quenching" mode and cook for about 40 minutes.
Serve hot on the table, adding your favorite side dish.
