Cooking method
1. In one dish, you need to grate the peeled zucchini and tomatoes on a coarse grater.
2. Grated zucchini with tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, mix and set aside.
3. Stuff the shells with minced meat and put one layer in a deep frying pan or saucepan.
4. Add water to the grated zucchini and tomatoes, if necessary, and pour this mixture over the stuffed shells, covering them completely with liquid.
5. Let the dish boil over high heat, reduce the heat to a minimum, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes. A minute before cooking, add garlic and bay leaf.
6. Serve the finished dish with sour cream.
