Cooking method

  1. Step 1:

Gather your ingredients. Use durum wheat pasta. For the broth, use whatever you have — chicken, beef, or meat broth. Just not fish; vegetable broth in a pinch.

  2. Step 2:

If you already have ground meat, skip this step. If not, run the chicken through a meat grinder.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3

In an oven-safe dish (keep in mind it's going into the oven), combine the pasta and ground chicken. Salt to taste — but go easy, since the broth is already salty.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4

Mix the pasta and ground chicken together thoroughly.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5

Pour in the broth so everything is well covered — you can even add 50–100 ml extra; it won't hurt. Cover with a lid and place in a cold oven, then set it to 425°F (220°C). Figure roughly 30–40 minutes, but ovens vary, so keep an eye on it.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6

The finished pasta with meat is fragrant, tender, and juicy. A hearty dinner is ready! Enjoy!
