Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products. Pasta needs durum wheat. Chicken broth, beef broth, meat broth - whatever it is. Just not fish, at least vegetable.
Step 2:
If you have minced meat ready, you skip this step. If not, scroll through the meat in a meat grinder.
Step 3:
In a saucepan (note that we have to put this dish in the oven) we combine pasta and minced meat. Salt to taste. After all, our broth is salty - do not over-salt the dish.
Step 4:
Mix pasta with minced meat very well.
Step 5:
Pour the broth so that everything is well covered. You can even pour 50-100 ml more broth - it won't hurt. Cover with a lid and put in a cold oven, turn on the temperature of 220 degrees. The conditional time is 30-40 minutes. Everyone has different ovens - be guided.
Step 6:
Ready-made pasta with meat is very fragrant, tender and juicy. A hearty dinner is ready! Bon appetit!
