Cooking method
1. Boil the beans in advance until soft. We need a half-liter jar of boiled beans. Grind half of the beans into a puree (with a blender or a meat grinder). Peel and wash all vegetables, cut potatoes into cubes, carrots into washers, onions into half rings, meat into arbitrary portions. Garlic should be peeled from the husk and finely chopped.
2. Put the onion and meat in the bowl of the slow cooker, add sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Turn on the Frying mode for 10 minutes. When the meat and onion let the juice, add tomato paste.
3. Add potatoes, carrots, garlic and beans to the meat with onions. Fill it with water. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Add the bay leaf. Set the Soup mode and if there are Legumes. If there is no such regime, then Soup or Stewing for 2-3 hours. It turns out a delicious and satisfying dish.
4. Serve with herbs.
Enjoy!
