Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Heat the frying pan and pour vegetable oil. We put onions and chicken liver in different pans. Add carrots to the onion.
Step 2:
When the vegetables are almost ready, add them to the fried liver. Pour a glass of hot water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the herbs, salt, pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from the stove and leave to cool until completely cooled. This is important!!! If we do not cool the cooked liver with vegetables enough, then when grinding the pate will turn out with grains.
Step 4:
Put it in a blender and add the butter. Punch well until smooth.
