Step-by-step cooking
I really like to cook mushrooms: champignons, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms. I cook a wide variety of soups, side dishes and second courses. One of the favorite dishes is mushrooms in sour cream sauce. It is about this culinary recipe that we will discuss further. We begin the preparation of these mushrooms by taking, for example, champignons, washing them, cleaning them and frying them in oil in a frying pan. Now peel and cut the onion into thin half rings, spread it to the mushrooms, salt, and continue to fry. After that, we take a small saucepan, heat the butter into it. Then we put the sifted flour into it, mix everything well and fry a little. After that, pour the broth or water into the saucepan, mix everything thoroughly. Now pour the mushrooms with this sauce, salt, add sour cream, mix the spices well after a couple of minutes, transfer to a dish and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
