Cooking method
This food is very bright in color and rich in taste. This sauce can be poured over any side dish - even mashed potatoes, even pasta, even rice And a culinary recipe is quite available for cooking in our kitchen.
Finely chop the onion, about quarters of rings and fry it in butter until golden brown. Add flour, curry powder, ginger and crushed garlic.
Close the lid and simmer on low heat, or rather on very low heat, which does not bring to a boil, but only slightly warms up. We languish for about an hour. Then pour out the mixed chicken broth with coconut milk, and simmer under the lid for another hour, without bringing to a boil. Add salt and shrimp, boil for half a minute and turn off. The sauce is ready. Calculation for 6 servings.
The sauce is served with a side dish. Together with it, we can serve as a seasoning a little chopped peanuts, a mixture of green onions with raisins, chopped pickled cucumbers with grated coconut or chopped boiled eggs mixed with chopped bacon.
