Step 1:
How is it quite simple to cook a fragrant azu with beef and potatoes in Tatar, which is sure to please many with its excellent taste qualities? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for cooking a hearty dish of Tatar cuisine.
Step 2:
Start cooking the dish and cut into small cubes one centimeter thick and three to four centimeters long three hundred and fifty grams of beef meat.

Take a cauldron or a saucepan with a thick bottom, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and put it on the stove to heat, then put the chopped meat in a cauldron with hot oil, then stir and fry the meat at a high temperature of the stove

Cut two rather large onion heads into half rings and put them in a cauldron with meat, then mix and continue to fry until the onion is transparent at a high temperature of the stove.

Cut one medium carrot into small arbitrary pieces and put it in a cauldron with meat and onions, then mix all the ingredients and continue to fry for about two minutes at a high stove temperature.
Step 6:
Take a large grater and rub two pickles.
Step 7:
Put the grated cucumbers in the cauldron, then mix and continue to fry all the ingredients.
Step 8:
Pour three hundred milliliters of meat broth into the cauldron and mix all the ingredients, then cover the cauldron with a lid and simmer the meat with vegetables for about forty minutes at a low stove temperature.
Step 9:
Cut seven hundred grams of pre-peeled potatoes into small and not very thin cubes and put them in a frying pan placed on the stove with preheated vegetable oil.
Step 10:
Fry the potatoes for nine minutes without stirring, then stir and continue to fry them for another ten minutes.
Step 11:
Add one tablespoon of tomato paste to the cauldron, which can be replaced with a tomato and mix all the ingredients together, then cover the cauldron with a lid and continue stewing meat with vegetables for another twenty minutes.
Step 12:
After a while, add salt to the cauldron to taste, half a teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of a mixture of ground peppers, two or three garlic cloves passed through the press and mix all the ingredients well together.
Step 13:
Add two bay leaves to the cauldron, then pour dried herbs into it to taste and mix all the ingredients properly again.
Step 14:
Put the fried potatoes from the frying pan into the cauldron and mix together, then cover the cauldron with a lid and continue cooking the dish for seven minutes.
Step 15:
Arrange the prepared national Tatar dish on serving plates and serve to the table.
