I want to offer a simple culinary recipe for eggplant caviar Kherson. Everyone will find its components in their garden. A little effort, and in winter you will not have to think about how to surprise the guests who came to you to warm up. As they say, cheap and angry!
So, for cooking delicious food I take:
Before cooking, the vegetables are thoroughly washed, cleaned, finely chopped and fried in hot vegetable oil separately from each other. Next, I combine the fried vegetables in a cauldron (if there is no cauldron, take any pan), add tomato paste, salt, pepper for flavor, mix thoroughly and simmer over moderate heat until cooked (the resulting mass should become homogeneous). Ready-made eggplant caviar is laid out in pasteurized jars, rolled up with lids.
Jars of eggplant caviar should preferably be stored in a cool dark place, but if you don't have a cellar, don't worry. I keep it in a niche on the lower shelves, the taste qualities are not lost at all.
