Step 1:
How to make a chicken kebab in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. As chicken meat, I will use breast fillets and leg fillets. If you take only breast fillets, then this type of meat is a little dry. Therefore, dilute it a little so that the minced meat turns out juicier.
Step 2:
First of all, soak the wooden skewers in water so that they are soaked. Dry skewers will burn in the oven.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, rinse and cut into pieces.
Step 4:
Scroll chicken meat through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat.
Step 5:
Then scroll through the chopped onion and add it to the bowl to the minced meat. Then pour in the starch. To taste, add a little paprika, dry spices and salt. Chicken does not have a pronounced aroma, but it can be supplemented with aromatic spices. Focus on your taste.
Step 6:
Finely chop the bell pepper and fresh herbs and add to the bowl to the minced meat. Mix all the ingredients well together to get a homogeneous consistency.
Step 7:
Beat the whole mass a little on the bottom of the bowl. This will make the minced meat denser, and the kebab will not fall apart when baking. The binder in minced meat is starch. Be guided in its quantity by the consistency of minced meat. The finished meat mass should be dense, well molded by hands and keep in shape.
Step 8:
Cover the baking tray with parchment. With wet hands, form small sausages. Place the prepared skewers in the center and press them into the middle. Transfer all the blanks to a baking sheet, at a small distance from each other. and put them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
Step 9:
Cook them for about 10-15 minutes. Then open the oven and flip them over. The meat is already a little baked, so it will not be difficult to turn the cradle over. Leave them in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven! During baking, the lula will turn golden and even fry a little.
Step 10:
