Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pork in the oven with tomatoes and potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. choose pork meat without bones. It is possible with a small amount of fat. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water from dirt.
Step 2:
Cut pork into small pieces and beat them all a little with a kitchen hammer. For baking, take any heat-resistant mold. I have a ceramic mold. Grease the bottom and sides with vegetable oil and lay out the beaten meat. Sprinkle it with salt and spices.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. Spread the chopped onion over the meat and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
Step 4:
Then lay out an even layer of potatoes, cut into circles. Brush the surface of the potatoes with mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Wash the mushrooms and tomatoes well and cut into slices.
Step 6:
Place the chopped champignons on the surface of the potatoes.
Step 7:
Then arrange the sliced tomatoes. Add a few pieces of bell pepper. If desired, it can be added more. I add before for the sake of flavor, so a few pieces are enough for me. Top everything with a little salt. Cover the mold with foil and put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
After the specified time, remove the mold from the oven, remove the foil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return the mold back to the oven for another 10 minutes.
Step 9:
Pork in the oven with tomatoes and potatoes is ready! Serve hot. You can sprinkle with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
