Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chicken fillet with pineapples in the oven? Prepare the products. Fillets can be taken both from the breast and from the thigh. The breast will turn out to be leaner. Pineapples will fit both rings and slices, they will still need to be cut. Take the cheese that melts well. Of the spices, curry is the best, I just didn't find it, I managed with salt and pepper. Other bright spices can attract attention to themselves, and there are enough accents in this dish already. But I recommend curry.
Step 2:
Wash the fillets with cold water and dry them well with paper towels. Cut each fillet (if you took the breast) into three steaks of the same thickness. Beat them off through a film or bag. For what through them? To damage the tender chicken meat as little as possible during the beating. Plus less splashing. Season each piece with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Remove pineapples from the jar and cut into small pieces, about two centimeters in size.
Step 4:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Take a baking sheet or a large baking dish. Line it with parchment. Lay the chicken fillet steaks, you can quite tightly to each other, if the shape is not very large. I have a large baking tray, it turned out wide. I'll say a few words about the paper separately. I didn't like cooking on it, it's better to take foil or not post anything at all. The meat stuck to the paper a little, and she herself got wet from the juice.
Step 6:
Smear each piece with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Spread all the pineapples evenly on top.
Step 8:
Sprinkle the pieces with cheese.
Step 9:
Bake the chicken fillet in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 45 minutes until golden brown.
This dish has already become a crown in my repertoire of chicken fillet dishes. A very successful combination of sweetness and salty taste! You can eat it both hot and cold. The fillet turns out to be absolutely not dry, but, on the contrary, juicy and soft.
I used to cook with pineapple rings, but I liked it more with slices - it's more convenient to eat.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
