Step 1:
How to bake a chicken breast in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare the products. I took a chilled breast, but it was possible to use a ready-made fillet. If your chicken is frozen, then defrost it by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator in advance. The number and set of spices vary according to your taste and desire.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken and dry it with paper towels. If you, like me, have a breast, then remove the skin from it. Then use a sharp knife to separate the meat from the bones. Do not throw away the bones — they are perfect for broth.
Step 3:
Rub the chicken breast fillet with sweet paprika and salt on both sides. Sprinkle dry spices on top. Leave the chicken in this form to lie down for 20 minutes so that it is soaked in the aromas of spices.
Step 4:
Take the baking sleeve, fold the breast into it. Tie the ends of the sleeve either with a knot, or with special ties that come with the sleeve.
Step 5:
I cut off the ends of the strings and the bag so that they do not interfere with baking. Use a toothpick to make several punctures in the sleeve so that extra steam comes out.
Step 6:
Put the chicken sleeve in a suitable shape or just on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 °C, top-bottom mode. Bake the breast for about 30 minutes. Determine the exact time and temperature of baking according to your oven.
Step 7:
Remove the finished breast from the oven. Cut the sleeve and serve it with any side dish.
Step 8:
This breast is very tasty and cold. It can be used instead of sausage for sandwiches and salads. I make homemade "Caesar" with such chicken.
For this recipe, it is better to take not frozen, but fresh meat, otherwise the finished meat risks getting dry.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
