Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the specified products for cooking zucchini with mushrooms. Zucchini are young, the total weight together with the peel. Champignons are fresh, if another method of slicing vegetables is planned, then frozen ones can also be used. It is better to take cheese with a fat content of at least 50% - it gives an even appetizing crust. Sour cream is 15% fat content, if there is more fat content, then it is better to dilute it with water. Prepare a baking dish in the oven.
Step 2:
Wash the zucchini under running water from the remnants of earth and debris. Dry, cut off the tips and bad areas on the peel. Cut into circles of about 0.5 cm .
Step 3:
Heat the frying pan and pour vegetable oil. Fry each circle of zucchini on both sides, slightly salting them. This is done so that the zucchini quickly baked in the oven and the cheese, which will not burn on top. You can choose the roasting time yourself, if you like the crunch of a young vegetable, then you can not fry it, but just cut it thinner.
Step 4:
Wash the champignons under running water, removing debris and remnants of earth. Dry and cut into plates. I also fry mushrooms, but just for a few minutes.
Step 5:
Grease the baking dish with a little oil. Spread the fried circles of zucchini - the first layer, spread the circles of zucchini with the second layer, alternating them with fried champignons. If your form is low, then everything can be laid out in one layer. You don't have to bother, put everything together without alternating, but in the end result, the layout looks neater.
Step 6:
Peel the garlic and pass it through the press. Mix sour cream, crushed garlic and a little salt, do not forget that the zucchini were slightly salted during frying. Pour the sour cream mixture evenly over the zucchini and mushrooms.
Step 7:
Grate cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle zucchini with it. Put the form with vegetables and mushrooms in a preheated 180 degree oven until a golden crust forms.
Step 8:
Zucchini with mushrooms, baked in the oven, serve hot. This is an independent dish, but for a full dinner you can offer boiled rice or potatoes.
