Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a vegetable stew with minced meat in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients: minced meat (I have homemade pork and beef), onion, garlic, red sweet pepper (or whatever you have), fresh tomato, red beans in tomato filling, salt, ground paprika, cumin seeds. To complete the dish, you can take, if desired, hard cheese (I have Swiss).
Step 2:
In sunflower oil, fry the onion cut into medium cubes until transparent.
Step 3:
Add minced meat to the onion. When roasting, break it with a wooden spatula, fry quickly on all sides for 3 minutes. This is quite enough.
Step 4:
Dice the sweet pepper.
Step 5:
Similarly, cut a tomato into small cubes.
Step 6:
Add a spoonful of tomato sauce from a jar of beans to the minced meat fried with onions, mix. It's just for more elasticity, not necessarily. Add ground paprika, cumin seeds or any other spice to your taste, add salt.
Step 7:
In a ceramic or any other baking dish, put the first layer of minced meat fried with onions.
Step 8:
Put the chopped pepper and fresh tomato in the next layer.
Step 9:
Add canned beans (beans can also be any, the main thing is already ready, boiled, i.e.). If you use beans without tomato filling, then additionally take tomato paste, tomato sauce or juice. The liquid should not be very much.
Step 10:
Put our casserole-bean stew with vegetables and minced meat in a 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. Pre-cover the form with foil.
Step 11:
After half an hour, open the foil, add hard cheese grated on a fine grater to the surface of the vegetable stew with minced meat and beans. Put it back in the oven, now turn on the grill or convection.
Step 12:
When the cheese melts, the dish is ready.
Step 13:
Serve vegetable stew with minced meat and beans with fresh herbs. You can use boiled or fried potatoes as an additional side dish.
