Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake chicken legs in foil in the oven? Take the products from the list. As you can see, there are very few of them.
Step 2:
Rinse the chicken legs well, dry them with a paper towel and put them in a bowl. Add honey, mustard, oil and pepper to the same place, add salt. Mix well by rubbing the mixture into the chicken. Let it stand for a while.
Step 3:
Put the legs in a baking dish, having previously lined it with foil. So the legs will not stick to the bottom of the mold, and you will not have to wash it for a long time afterwards.
Step 4:
Put the legs in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Determine the temperature by your oven, because they are all different. I lowered the temperature to 150 in my room after 10 minutes and baked for almost an hour, watering with the released juice. It may take you more or less time than I do.
Step 5:
If you have a convection oven, use it when you flip the chicken legs to the other side. This dish is served hot, because after cooling it loses a little taste.
Chicken legs with crispy crust in the oven - always delicious! Put the legs in a mold and bake, periodically watering with the released juice. When one side is browned, turn the legs over and fry the second. In its finished form, this dish is very similar to those sold in modern fast food outlets. And if your child likes to go there, he will definitely like it. Instead of salt, soy sauce can be used here. And the sweetness can vary with the amount of honey (it can be replaced with sugar or molasses).
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
