Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products.
Step 2:
The breast should be washed and dried well with a paper towel. Next, cut it into portions, it turns out three or four pieces, depending on the size of the breast. Now it needs to be beaten back a little.
Step 3:
Place the form in which you will bake the chicken with foil. Lubricate it with vegetable oil.
Step 4:
Lay out the pieces of breast in one layer, try not to find them on top of each other, so it will be more convenient for you to divide the finished dish into portions. Salt and season the chicken. I took paprika, you can take any favorite seasoning.
Step 5:
We put pineapple pieces on each piece of chicken breast, if the washer is larger in size, then cut it. Lubricate everything with mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Sprinkle everything on top with finely grated cheese. We send the form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The cheese will melt and gild.
To prepare this dish, you can take both the chicken breast and the finished fillet. In addition to chicken, this recipe works great with pork tenderloin, only the baking time for meat should be increased.
Pineapple can be taken fresh, if it is ripe and sweet, sweetness is still very important in this dish. Great for this canned recipe. I took the sliced pucks, but I met recipes with sliced into pieces, then the finished dish turns out even more spectacular.
Whether or not to replace mayonnaise is your choice, but, in my opinion, sour cream will have a more sour taste, and there is enough acid in pineapple.
Take the cheese that melts well and has a pronounced taste, it will be much tastier.
If you are cooking chicken for a festive table, then make it on a large baking sheet, placing the pieces at a distance from each other, so it will be more beautiful and easier when serving the dish.
