Put the chicken in the duck house in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 1 hour. Then remove the lid. Brush the chicken with juice from the bottom of the mold. Return to the oven and leave to bake until golden brown for another 20-25 minutes, periodically smearing with juice from the bottom of the duck house.
