Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
It is better to take the wings chilled, like any other meat. Rinse them and dry them well.
Step 2:
Cut the wing into three parts at the joint. It will be more convenient to eat this way.
Step 3:
Preparing the BATTER. In a bowl, mix 2.5 tbsp.l. starch, 1h.l. paprika, 1h.l. salt, 0.5 tsp. a mixture of peppers, and just a little chili pepper - mix everything well. In a deep bowl or in a bag, cover the wings with dry batter, close and shake evenly distributing over the wings.
Step 4:
Grease the mold with oil, put the wings in one layer, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. 30 minutes. / I use a disposable foil form for barbecue, it has holes and grooves for draining juice and fat, so the wings will be drier and well fried, which is what we need/.
Step 5:
While the wings are in the oven, prepare the SAUCE. Pour 100g ketchup into a bowl, add 1 h.l. honey, vegetable oil and lemon juice, squeeze out 3 cloves of garlic through a press. Stir until smooth.
Step 6:
After 30 minutes, take out the wings, gently turn them over and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes so that the blush is even.
Step 7:
Get the finished wings, put them in a deep bowl and pour the sauce, mix.
Step 8:
Serve hot with a side dish, vegetables or as an independent dish. As a rule, everything is eaten at once!
It's good to serve vegetable salad or sauce to the wings
MANGO AND TOMATO SALSA
