Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pork with mayonnaise and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose pork without bones. The ideal option would be pork ham or carbonate. Take the cheese to your taste, but so that it melts well in the oven.
Step 2:
Cut pork meat into portions 1-1.5 cm thick. Beat off the meat a little with a kitchen hammer. To prevent the meat from tearing when beating and flying around, cover it with cling film.
Step 3:
For baking, take any heat-resistant mold. My uniform is ceramic. Brush it with vegetable oil and lay out the chipped pieces of meat. The meat can be slightly rolled up on the sides to lay it out more evenly. Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices. When adding salt, keep in mind that mayonnaise is already salty.
Step 4:
Brush all prepared pieces of meat liberally with mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and slice thinly. Spread the chopped onion over the meat.
Step 6:
Grate the cheese.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the meat liberally with grated cheese and put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 8:
During baking, the cheese will completely melt and brown a little. A little juice will appear from the meat. Remove the finished dish from the oven, place on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
In addition to pork, any other meat can be used in this dish. Keep in mind that the cooking time, as well as the taste and calorie content of the dish will change. For example, beef is cooked longer than pork, and chicken fillet or turkey is less.
Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is delicious, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
