Step 1:
How to make hot sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To make sandwiches, you can use any kind of bread to your taste. It can be either white or dark. Mushrooms can also be any. I have fresh champignons.
Step 2:
Finely chop the peeled onion, washed mushrooms and bacon. I use raw smoked bacon. It is very fragrant. If desired, you can not add it. Each piece of bread will be soaked with butter from the bottom and will be silently fried when baking. As a result, it turns out that the sandwiches will be on toasted toast with a crispy crust.
Step 5:
Bake the sandwiches for 10-15 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Remove the finished sandwiches from the oven, transfer to a plate and serve to the table. During baking, the cheese completely melted. Enjoy your meal!

Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any.
