Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make muffins with raisins in the oven? Prepare the ingredients: Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft.
Step 2:
Rinse the raisins thoroughly, scald with boiling water and drain. Then soak in rum.
Step 3:
Put the oven on preheat to a temperature of 160-180 degrees (the temperature depends on your oven). Beat the butter with a mixer to make it look like a thick cream.
Step 4:
Then enter the eggs and sugar and whisk with butter too.
Step 5:
Sift the flour with baking powder and add them to the oil mass. Keep in mind that more or less flour may be required, focus on the consistency of the dough and adjust the amount of flour for it (to do this, mix most of the sifted flour with baking powder and add it first, and add the rest without baking powder if necessary. If necessary, sift some more flour)
Step 6:
The resulting dough should look like a good thick condensed milk.
Step 7:
Pour the rum-marinated raisins with candied fruits into the dough.
Step 8:
Put the dough in a metal muffin pan. Why a metal one? Because in it they will turn out with a wonderful fried crust. I baked in paper molds, too, delicious, but a little soft. The ideal consistency of this particular recipe, in my opinion, is achieved simply in a metal form. The baking time is 20-30 minutes on the middle or lower level.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
