Zucchini in batter in the oven

One of the most popular recipes is zucchini in batter! At home, I try to cook a dish of vegetables at every opportunity, including zucchini, since this vegetable is very useful. For a variety of menus, you can cook according to this recipe. In the oven, vegetables turn out to be less caloric, because you don't need so much oil for frying. With a fried crust and cheese flavor, the dish turns out very tasty!

How to make zucchini in batter in the oven?

1. Cut the zucchini into circles, not very thin about about 1 centimeter. You can cut it into strips, as you like.
2. In a bowl, shake the egg with dry spices and salt.
Pour flour into a plate.
Grate the hard cheese.
3. Dip the circles in flour, then in the egg mixture, and at the end in cheese.
4. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and arrange the zucchini.
5. Bake over medium heat until golden brown.
Serve with mayonnaise sauce or sour cream with garlic.

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.

Which zucchini will work best? Choose young fruits with tender skins. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut off a very thin skin. If you use more mature zucchini, cut off the rough peel and cut out the middle with the seeds.
