    Roll out the cooled dough on a sheet of parchment in a thin layer, about 0.5 cm thick. On the entire surface of the dough, not reaching a little to the edges, lay out the sliced apples. If desired, at this stage, you can supplement the biscuit with raisins, cherries or raspberries. Any addition will give a new taste.

    The finished biscuit will be lightly browned, and the apples will become soft. Remove it from the oven and immediately smear it hot with apricot jam. This will give the biscuit a caramel color.
