Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the specified products. We will bake potatoes in the sleeve. Baked new potatoes are tastier. But not in the season of this vegetable, you can cook potatoes from stocks according to this recipe. Salt to taste, fresh dill and garlic for flavor. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 gr.
Step 2:
Peel the new potatoes from the remains of the earth, rinse under running water. You can bake new potatoes in the peel, it has a thin one, or you can peel them by scraping with a knife or a metal brush. Rinse again and dry off excess moisture.
Step 3:
Wash fresh dill greens, dry and finely chop. Add chopped dill greens to the peeled potatoes. If desired, you can use any greens to your taste: thyme, rosemary.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic cloves and pass through the press, add to the potatoes with dill. Add salt to taste. You can add ground black pepper or other spices to taste. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix the potatoes evenly so that the dressing completely covers all the potatoes.
Step 5:
Put the prepared potatoes with dressing in a baking sleeve. Tie the sleeve or pin it with clips. Stir the potatoes inside the bag again. Place the bag on a baking sheet or baking dish. Pierce the sleeve with a toothpick in several places to release steam. Put the potatoes in the form in the oven for 40 minutes. Check the readiness of potatoes with a toothpick or skewer.
Step 6:
Potatoes baked whole in a sleeve, serve hot. This is a versatile side dish that is perfect for meat, fish, and just a vegetable salad or lightly salted cucumbers.
How much of an everyday vegetable is like potatoes, but how many dishes can be cooked from it. Remember how in the movie "Girls"?
"And what, potatoes? Do you think potatoes are so easy, cooked and eaten? It wasn't there! Do you know how many dishes you can cook from potatoes? Well, count it: fried potatoes, boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, french fries, potato pie. Potato pies with meat, mushrooms and so on. Potato pancakes, potato casserole, stewed potatoes with prunes, stewed potatoes with bay leaf and pepper, boiled young potatoes with dill, shangi ... And these are only potato dishes...." And I suggest adding to this list and cooking just a very tasty baked potato in a sleeve.
