Pink salmon should be cleaned and thoroughly rinsed. Sprinkle with lemon juice, rub with sea salt inside and out and leave for 20 minutes.
Put the fish in a baking sleeve, add bay leaf, pepper. Tie the sleeve. Put the pink salmon to bake in the oven, warmed up to 170C, for 25 minutes.
