Pink salmon should be cleaned and thoroughly rinsed. Sprinkle with lemon juice, rub with sea salt inside and out and leave for 20 minutes.
Put the fish in a baking sleeve, add bay leaf, pepper. Tie the sleeve. Put the pink salmon to bake in the oven, warmed up to 170C, for 25 minutes. After the finished fish is cut into portions - if desired, they can be browned in a cut sleeve for about 5 minutes. Serve pink salmon in a sleeve in the oven with any side dish. Bon appetit!
