Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a steak from minced meat in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat or mixed. I have minced pork meat. Take mushrooms to your taste or what are available. I have wild porcini mushrooms that have been boiled and frozen. To prepare them, it is enough to defrost them.
Step 2:
Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Then fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes with the addition of vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Add mushrooms to the onion in the pan. fry everything together for 5-7 minutes. During this time, moisture will evaporate from the mushrooms and they will begin to brown a little.
Step 4:
Salt the minced meat and add spices. As a spice, you can add ground pepper and some dry aromatic herbs. Mix everything and beat it against the bottom of the bowl so that the meat mass becomes denser.
Step 5:
For baking, I take a ceramic mold. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Form small tortillas from the minced meat and put them in a mold. Make a recess in the center.
Step 6:
Lay out some grated cheese.
Step 7:
Then lay out the mushroom filling and smear everything with mayonnaise on top. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes.
Step 8:
During this time, prepare the cheese and tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Step 9:
After the specified time, remove the mold from the oven. Put chopped tomatoes in each steak and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return the mold to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 10:
During this time, the tomatoes will bake and become soft, and the cheese will melt. Place the finished dish on plates and serve it to the table hot. Enjoy your meal!
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste!
