Step 1:
Prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Heat the whey slightly on the stove and add yeast to it. Rub with a spoon, and when the yeast dissolves, pour sugar.
Step 3:
Add flour and knead the dough, leave in the heat for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Then add sugar and salt to the dough, stir well.
Step 5:
Pour sunflower oil and break the raw egg.
Step 6:
Add flour in parts and knead a thick dough.
Step 7:
Cover with a plate on top and leave for 1 hour to rise.
Step 8:
Knead the dough well and roll it out into a 7 mm thick layer. Cut out circles with a glass.
Step 9:
Stretch the dough circle a little on the sides and put plum jam or other filling in the center. Pinch the edges, put the pies seam down.
Step 10:
Place oiled paper on a baking sheet and spread out the pies. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the surface of the products with oil or egg yolk.
Step 11:
The pies are baked for about 30 minutes. They need to be put on a plate, cool down a little and you can drink tea. Bon appetit!
