Step 4:
Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
Step 5:
Remove the skin from the onion, crumble the onion into small cubes.
Step 6:
Add carrots and onions to chickpeas, mix.
Step 7:
Pour salt, spices and grated garlic.
Step 8:
Add tomato paste and stir the mass until smooth.
Step 9:
Form cutlets from the resulting mass. Cover the baking sheet with special baking paper and spread out the cutlets.
Step 10:
Chickpea cutlets are baked in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then you need to put the cutlets on a plate and serve them to the table, you can decorate the dish with herbs. Bon appetit!
