Cooking method
The celery needs to be washed, cleaned and cut into strips.
Add all the spices, mustard, salt and oil to the chopped celery, mix.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven to 200-220 degrees.
Every 10 minutes of cooking, stir the celery with a spatula.
