A wonderful side dish, but it can also be an independent dish, for example, with sour cream and herbs. The celery needs to be washed, cleaned and cut into strips.
Add all the spices, mustard, salt and oil to the chopped celery, mix.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven to 200-220 degrees.
Every 10 minutes of cooking, stir the celery with a spatula.
