Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Necessary ingredients (I previously removed the skin from the breast and cut off the bone - it can be used in broth)
Step 2:
Fillet cut into portions about 1 cm thick
Step 3:
We fold the package and beat it off from both sides - it's very quick and convenient to do it in the package!
Step 4:
We shift the beaten fillet into a baking dish. If you have the same non-stick mold as me, then you don't need to lubricate with oil!
Step 5:
Salt, pepper, you can add any spices to taste
Step 6:
Cut the tomato in half and cut into thin plates (one large tomato was enough for me)
Step 7:
We spread the tomato plates on the fillet
Step 8:
Squeeze the garlic into the sour cream and mix
Step 9:
Lubricate with the resulting sauce
Step 10:
Three cheese on a coarse grater
Step 11:
Sprinkle cheese on our chop breast and put it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
Step 12:
Meanwhile, cut the greens
Step 13:
After 20 minutes, my chop breast is ready, it remains only to sprinkle with fresh herbs
