Thoroughly wash the apples. You can use any variety of apples, at your discretion, only they must be whole (required). Cut off the base of the apples. With a knife or a teaspoon, remove the core.
We fill the empty space of our apples with honey. The amount of honey depends on the size of the apples, the larger the apples, the more honey we will need.
We put them in a baking dish and put them in a preheated 220 degree oven. Bake the apples until they have a wrinkled peel.
