Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

If the turkey fillet is frozen, then we defrost it, rinse it, cut it into portions.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut it into cubes, no more pieces of meat.

Peel the garlic, squeeze it out through a special press or chop it with a knife, send it to the cup to the main ingredients, salt and add spices. Add vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

Cut off part of the sleeve for baking, or prepare a special package. We fix one end at the sleeve, so that the oil and juice do not pour out on a baking sheet or into a baking dish when laying. In the package, we distribute the turkey and potatoes in an even layer. The entrance to the sleeve is tied or secured.

We put the mold in a preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour, at a temperature of 190 degrees. 10 minutes before the end of baking, you can open the sleeve so that the meat and potatoes are lightly browned.
