Step 1:

I knead the dough in a bread maker, and bake it in the oven. I put all the ingredients in a bowl and put the "dough" on the program. It takes me 1.5 hours. Half an hour after the start of the kneading, such a bun turned out.
Step 2:

Another hour passed, the dough came up.
Step 3:

Divided the dough into 3 equal parts.
Step 4:

Rolled out one piece.
Step 5:

Cut into 3 parts, almost finished on one side.
Step 6:

Braided pigtail.
Step 7:

I just put the second bun in a silicone mold.
Step 8:

And rolled out the third bun, sprinkled with spices (which were at home) and put pieces of cheese on top.
Step 9:

Rolled into a roll.
Step 10:

Put everything on a baking sheet and put it in the oven off so that the dough comes up again.
Step 11:

After half an hour, the bread increased in size. Baked for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees on the "convection" mode.

That's such a delicious bread turned out.
