Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with food foil and lightly lubricate with vegetable oil. Turkey fillet to pass through a meat grinder or finely chop with a knife. In a bowl, mix the turkey minced meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix and divide the mass into 8 parts, forming balls. Put the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes (it will need to be turned over after 10 minutes), and remove from the baking sheet.
Step 2:
Dry the mozzarella and cut into 8 slices. Cut the buns in half lengthwise, without cutting through to the end, unwrap and place on a baking sheet. Put a slice of mozzarella on the bottom half. Cook the buns in the oven until golden brown, and the cheese should melt, it is better to keep the oven door ajar. Put the meatballs on the melted mozzarella, pour 1 tbsp of tomato sauce and garnish with a basil leaf, and then cover with the top half of the bun.
Step 3:
Ready buns to serve 2 per serving, for convenience, you can fasten with a wooden skewer.
