Step 1:
Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with onions, bread soaked in milk, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper. You can flavor our minced meat with your favorite seasonings for meat.
Step 2:
Peel carrots and potatoes and boil until tender. Chop the potatoes, add salt, add butter and make a puree.
Step 3:
Beat carrots with a blender or grate on a fine grater.
Step 4:
Diced mushrooms and onions, fry until golden brown.
Step 5:
Knead a steep dough from flour, water and eggs. Make ears, a piglet and a tail.
Step 6:
On a baking sheet covered with foil or baking paper, sprinkled with breadcrumbs, put part of the minced meat. On it in layers - carrots, mushrooms.

Put a layer of mashed potatoes on top.

Put a layer of the remaining minced meat on top and form a neat oval.
Step 9:
Form a piglet, insert ears, piglet and tail. For the eyes and nostrils, I took black allspice and black pepper peas.
Step 10:
Grease our Vasenka with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Our Vasily is ready!
