Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients.
Step 2:
Finely chop garlic and fry in vegetable oil for 1 minute.
Step 3:
Remove the skin from the tomato (it is not necessary to do this), remove the seeds and cut into slices.
Step 4:
Add tomatoes to garlic and fry for 3-5 minutes. Important! tomatoes should not lose their shape. During frying, add a little salt and ground pepper.
Step 5:
Chop the greens and add them to the tomatoes. Stir, remove the mixture from the heat and leave to cool slightly.
Step 6:
In the chicken fillet, we make incisions along, without cutting through the fillet to the end, so that we get a pocket that can be filled with stuffing. Salt and pepper fillets on both sides.
Step 7:
Cut the mozzarella into slices or circles. I took a block mozzarella, since there was no one at hand in the balls, but if you can find it in the balls, then it's better to use it. In each pocket we put a few slices of mozzarella.
Step 8:
We spread the filling with tomatoes on the mozzarella.
Step 9:
Using skewers, we fix the edges of the fillet so that the filling does not escape during cooking.
Step 10:
In a hot frying pan, fry the fillets on both sides until golden brown.
Step 11:
We put the fillets in a baking dish and send them to the oven preheated to 200 C.
Step 12:
Bake for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and leave for another 5 minutes in the oven. We take out our "pockets" from the oven and you can serve. Bon appetit!
