Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar and 2 tea.L. flour. Let the sourdough rise for 10-15 minutes in a warm place.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, grind the butter with salt until soft. Pour in the approaching sourdough and stir until smooth.
Step 4:
Sift the flour and, pouring it into the liquid mixture, knead the dough. The dough should be soft and pliable.
Step 5:
Now put the dough in the refrigerator and leave for 4 hours. After a while, a tender and fluffy yeast dough is obtained.
Step 6:
In modeling it is very plastic. Divide the dough into small pieces and we form balls. We leave a small piece for the ears, piglets and tails.
Step 7:
For the filling, boil the potatoes, turn them into mashed potatoes, I added mushrooms fried with onions, add salt and pepper to taste, add herbs.
Step 8:
Minced meat can be fried with onions, salt, pepper, add herbs to taste, then I whipped the minced meat with a blender.
Step 9:
We roll out each ball, put the filling (first potatoes, then minced meat on top).
Step 10:
Gently pinch in the form of an oval pie.
Step 11:
This is the oval it turns out.
Step 12:
We sculpt the ears in the form of triangles, the heels are small cakes, and we roll the tail like a tourniquet.
Step 13:
We glue the body parts onto the yolk. I made the eyes out of allspice.
Step 14:
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread our pigs. Bake at 180 degrees for 30- 40 minutes until golden brown. 5 minutes before readiness, take out and lubricate with yolk, diluted with water and put to brown.
Step 15:
That's it, the pigs are ready, you can serve to the table!!! Bon appetit!!!
