Step-by-step cooking
Wash the potatoes and scrape a little. Cut the carrots into slices.
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and add to the potatoes.
Add half of the garlic to the vegetables without chopping, sprinkle everything with pepper, add vegetable oil, herbs, spices and mix well.
Put the vegetables in a sleeve.
Pass the remaining garlic through a press, mix with chicken seasoning, rub the shins and put the vegetables on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.Then, if desired, cut the package from above to get a ruddy crust.
Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh parsley.
