Cooking method
New Year's holidays are coming soon and I, as a hospitable hostess, have to pick up recipes for the festive table in advance. My guests are picky, so I have to dodge. Chance helped me this time. A teacher from a culinary college came to my appointment (and I'm a dentist). It was she who shared with me the recipe for a delicious halibut fish baked in the oven.
We parted best friends: a professional cook found a white-toothed smile, well, I became richer for one original recipe.
Couldn't resist and have already tried it, try it and you.
Need to buy halibut fillet. Prepare fish and vegetables, ground black pepper or other spices, let everyone add what they like. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees. Take out a heat-resistant baking sheet and line it with foil. Put the prepared vegetables on the foil for flavor and flavor enhancement: carrot slices, sweet pepper and onion, cut into rings, and on top – salted halibut, sprinkle the handsome with seasonings, pepper and carefully "pack" in foil. It will help the fish to remain tender and juicy, without letting it dry out. When wrapping, try to leave room for air.
By the way, a tip, if you rarely use silver objects, then wrap them in foil, they do not oxidize in it.
Back to the recipe. Make sure that the foil does not unfold and the juice does not leak out. Put the pan with the fish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on its size.
After a while, feel free to take out the dish and enjoy! Boiled potatoes can be used as a side dish.
P.S. I keep my patient's phone carefully, there will be more holidays after the New Year.
