Usually when you talk about baked sushi, people immediately start to grimace. But – only until they try this delicious dish in person. After such sushi gets to the taste buds, it is somehow immediately forgotten about ordinary, traditional sushi. Yes, yes, imagine that. No, it's better not to imagine, but immediately try to cook – this culinary recipe fits like no other. Japanese cuisine loves tuna for a reason, so salmon can be safely replaced with tuna here, in my opinion, it will turn out even more delicious food.
So, we should have it ready (that is, boiled) rice for sushi. One glass is enough for just three leaves of nori seaweed. The recipe specifies an unusual way of forming sushi: first make them with one rice. And then take out the core with a thin spoon and replace it with different fish fillings: shrimp, smoked or salted salmon. Each sushi (already cut into portions and with a replaced filling) should be rolled in fish caviar, and smeared with mayonnaise on top. To bake them, it is enough to put them in a microwave oven for a few minutes with an available grill function. Or put it on a baking sheet and cook in a regular oven.
