Halibut in the oven with artichokes

To prepare this recipe, I rub 1 tablespoon of lemon zest and squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Then, in a deep bowl, mix lemon zest with juice, add olive oil, salt, oregano and pepper. After that, I put diced potatoes in a bowl and pour 1 tablespoon of lemon mixture, mix thoroughly. Next, I put the potatoes in a deep mold and bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Then I cut off the top leaves of artichokes and cut off the petiole. I cut each artichoke lengthwise, divide them in half. I boil our artichokes in boiling water for 10 minutes. After that, I throw the artichokes into a colander, and when all the water drains, I put them in a deep bowl. Then I pour artichokes with three spoons of lemon mixture. I take the form with potatoes out of the oven, add artichokes there and mix thoroughly. I put the fish on top of the vegetables and pour the rest of the lemon mixture over them. I bake this food in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the fish is fried until golden brown and the potatoes are soft. Then I put the fish and vegetables on a small dish and decorate it with lemon slices or oregano greens. Halibut with artichokes in the oven is ready! Bon appetit!
