Step 1:
How to make banana bread? Prepare the products. Bananas are suitable for this baking, but the more ripe they are, the more fragrant the baking will turn out. Use refined, odorless oil. Step 2:
Grease the selected bread baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake off the excess flour and put the mold in the refrigerator. You can also use baking paper. If you have a silicone mold, then you do not need to lubricate or line it with paper.
Step 3:
Peel two bananas completely from the skin and excess fibers, break them into a deep bowl. Drive the eggs in there one at a time. Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix them with the eggs.
Step 4:
Add plain sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients.
Step 5:
Pour the sifted flour and baking powder into a bowl, stir the dough until the ingredients are combined. It is not necessary to knead the dough for a long time. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baking will turn out to be airy and will rise well when baking.
Step 6:
Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and pour the prepared dough into it. Shake the dough mold slightly so that it spreads more tightly in shape. Peel the remaining banana and cut it lengthwise into two parts. Cut the halves straight up on the dough, you can slightly deepen them. Place the banana bread pan in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer — it should come out dry from the middle of the bread.
Step 7:
Remove the finished banana bread from the oven and let it cool. Then remove it from the mold and cut it into portions. This flavorful bread, similar to a cupcake, is perfect for breakfast with a cup of tea or coffee, or an afternoon snack with a glass of milk. Enjoy your meal!
