    In a not very deep dish, beat 2 eggs with a fork. We transfer the tortilla to a plate with eggs.

When serving brizoli, you can additionally decorate with fresh dill or parsley or put it on a pillow of lettuce leaves so that it looks really elegant and solemn. This dish can be prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I often take brizoli with me to nature on the occasion of a picnic. Such a snack is always useful, because you want to have a delicious and satisfying snack in the fresh air. In such cases, I cook them in advance, and then in the morning I just put them in trays and take them with me.
