Step 1:
We prepare the products according to the list and then look at the recipe, how to fry a brizole from minced meat.
Step 2:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cucumbers are cut into strips. Tomatoes are washed and cut into medium-thick semicircles. My greens and chop with a knife.
Step 3:
Garlic crushed with a knife or pressed through a press is mixed with mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Mince salt, pepper, mix. You can use some other dry spices, for example, seasoning for meat. Roll 4 equivalent balls out of minced meat (for 4 brizoli).
Step 5:
Sprinkle the cutting board with flour, roll out a ball of minced meat with a rolling pin into a thin cake according to the size of the frying pan. To prevent the meat from sticking to the rolling pin, cover it with cling film.
Step 6:
In a not very deep dish, beat 2 eggs with a fork. We transfer the tortilla to a plate with eggs.
Step 7:
We remove the package.
Step 8:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, transfer the tortilla with egg to the frying pan.
Step 9:
Fry until golden brown on medium heat.
Step 10:
Turn the brizole to the other side and bring it to the readiness of minced meat on moderate heat.
Step 11:
Turn the finished brizole into a flat plate with the egg down. Fry the other 3 in the same way. There are four pieces in total.
Step 12:
Grease the cake with mayonnaise and spread cucumbers, greens and tomatoes on top of it.
Step 13:
Sprinkle with cheese. The filling and cheese should be enough for four breezes, so you can divide all the ingredients into 4 equal parts in advance. We fill the other three blanks.
Step 14:
Roll each tortilla into a roll. Our dish is ready! Delicious in any form - hot and cold.
Budget express recipe for weekdays and holidays. When serving brizoli, you can additionally decorate with fresh dill or parsley or put it on a pillow of lettuce leaves so that it looks really elegant and solemn. This dish can be prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I often take brizoli with me to nature on the occasion of a picnic. Such a snack is always useful, because you want to have a delicious and satisfying snack in the fresh air. In such cases, I cook them in advance, and then in the morning I just put them in trays and take them with me.
