    Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina and pour out the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the mannikin for about 30 minutes. The readiness of the mannikin can be checked with a wooden toothpick, it should be well browned on top. We take the mannikin out of the mold, let it cool down, covering it with a cotton napkin on top so that the mannikin does not dry out at the edges, and serve it to the table with tea, coffee or cocoa.
