Cooking method
1. Pour the preheated cream into a bowl, break the eggs, pour sugar and salt, mix with a whisk.
2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, add dry fast-acting yeast, turmeric, orange zest and melted butter.
3. From the contents of both containers, knead the soft dough. The dough is not elastic, it sticks to your hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and leave for 30-40 minutes.
4. We line the baking dish with parchment, lightly lubricate it with vegetable oil, spread the dough into it, distribute it evenly, cover it again and let it come up again.
5. My strawberries, remove the stalks, cut into plates, spread on the dough that has already come up. Cut the marzipan into small cubes, sprinkle them with strawberries, and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
6. We send the form to the oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for half an hour, check the readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
Serve the pie on the table, cut into portions.
