Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products for cooking baked muesli.
Step 2:
Combine honey, vegetable oil, water, sugar, cinnamon and fine salt in a saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring, so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
Step 3:
Combine oat flakes, raw sunflower seeds, chopped nuts in a bowl.
Step 4:
Pour in the honey-oil mixture and mix thoroughly so that all the flakes are soaked with it.
Step 5:
Put the flakes on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees, stirring frequently. After 15 minutes, add the raisins and dried cranberries, stir and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Cool the finished baked muesli and transfer them to a clean, dry container.
