Baked muesli

Nutritious, hearty, light breakfast dish! Baked muesli (or granola) is just oat flakes baked with dried fruits, nuts, seeds. Ready-made muesli is stored in a dry loosely closed container and, if necessary, mix the right amount with milk or juice, add to yogurt.

    Prepare the necessary products for cooking baked muesli.

    Combine honey, vegetable oil, water, sugar, cinnamon and fine salt in a saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring, so that the mass becomes homogeneous.

    Combine oat flakes, raw sunflower seeds, chopped nuts in a bowl.

    Pour in the honey-oil mixture and mix thoroughly so that all the flakes are soaked with it.

    Put the flakes on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees, stirring frequently. After 15 minutes, add the raisins and dried cranberries, stir and bake for another 10 minutes.

    Cool the finished baked muesli and transfer them to a clean, dry container.
