Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To make this cake, we need four cakes: the first two are rectangular, the second two are round. The dough for all cakes is the same. For each cake, combine one cup of flour and sugar, starch 2 tsp, soda and a half tsp (slaked), two eggs and a glass of sour cream. Add dried cranberries to the dough for the first cake. Mix it up.
Step 2:
Pour the dough into a rectangular shape that needs to be covered with parchment. For baking the rest of the cakes, we also use parchment.
Step 3:
Bake this cake, as well as all subsequent ones, at a temperature of 180 degrees for twenty minutes.
Step 4:
Add walnuts to the dough for the second cake.
Step 5:
Bake a rectangular cake.
Step 6:
Add dried cherries and dried apricots to the dough for the third cake. We don't put anything in the fourth one.
Step 7:
Bake two round cakes.
Step 8:
Next, we make custard sugar cream, combining egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and sour cream, cook it all in a water bath, stirring all the time until thick. Two hundred grams of oil are cooled and whipped separately. Then, one tablespoon at a time, add sour cream custard to the butter, after each spoonful, whisk it. Before whipping, it is necessary that the temperatures of the custard and butter are equal. The first cream is made.
Step 9:
Proceed to the second cream, beat the butter and gradually add condensed milk, beat until the mass becomes lush.
Step 10:
Now we make the cake itself. The first rectangular cake is smeared with sour cream custard. Then we put the second cake on it.
Step 11:
It's the same with round cakes. Next, cut the round cakes into two identical parts along.
Step 12:
At one half, we lubricate the top with cream cream, and put the 2nd on it.
Step 13:
On the sides of the rectangular cakes, we make 4 semicircular recesses for the wheels.
Step 14:
We reduce the semicircular part of the cake so that it can be a booth, and install it on rectangular cakes (on their base).
Step 15:
We grind all the trimmings with a blender and make the machine bulges out of them.
Step 16:
Oil cream lubricate the machine.
Step 17:
We make the wheels from chocolate cookies and glue them with butter cream, cut out the middle of the wheels from white mastic.
Step 18:
Then we cover the machine with mastic. I made white mastic from marshmallows.
Step 19:
White mastic is painted with food coloring (red). A cake for four and a half kilograms.
I want to tell you the story of the creation of this cake.... My friend calls me and says that her friends want to order a cake, and used "forbidden" techniques to persuade me to do it....I succumbed to persuasion and agreed. But, she forgot to tell me what kind of cake they need. A week later, they tell me that they need a 3D cake in the shape of a car from the cartoon "Cars" Makvin ... and then I was stunned, because I didn't do anything like that and didn't even know how to bake a cake Makvin Wheelbarrow made of mastic, and here is the responsibility...cake to order!!! I actively began to refuse, but in response I heard that as it turns out, so it will be, the claims are canceled. And I had to take on an unbearable burden and start creating this machine...I cannot convey to you the whole process, thoughts and emotions, but I will say briefly...it was something, everything was going awry. Here I decided to put this children's cake Machine, do not judge strictly...after all, this is my first experience of making such cakes.
