Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix 2 types of flour, salt, sugar and other spices. Add vegetable oil. In small portions, we introduce warm milk and knead the dough.
Step 3:
The dough turns out soft and tender, but it does not stick to your hands at all.
Step 4:
Divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Part of the dough is spread on the work surface well sprinkled with flour.
Step 5:
Roll out each piece into a thin layer, roll out as thin as possible.
Step 6:
Cut the dough into triangles. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Step 7:
And bake in a preheated 200 C oven for about 5-8 minutes. We are watching closely, the chips burn easily. Let the chips cool down.
