Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Add yeast and a tablespoon of sugar to warm milk (100 ml). Stir and set aside.
Step 2:
In a dough bowl, break the eggs and add sugar. Whisk well, preferably until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3:
Add 200 ml of milk to the eggs with sugar and mix.
Step 4:
Add the melted and cooled margarine to the bowl and mix.
Step 5:
Add yeast and stir. If your yeast milk has not foamed, the yeast may be expired, the dough will not rise with them. Make another sourdough with other yeast.
Step 6:
Sift flour into a bowl to a liquid emulsion.
Step 7:
Knead first with a spoon and then with your hands.
Step 8:
The dough turns out soft and does not stick to your hands. Do not overdo it with flour when kneading. The softer the dough is, the more tender the pies. Transfer the finished dough to a bowl, tighten with a film and leave to approach.
Step 9:
Wash and peel the apples for the filling, peel the pumpkin. Remove the zest from half a lemon.
Step 10:
Cut the pumpkin and apples into cubes of the same size. Pour lemon juice over the apples.
Step 11:
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Step 12:
Add sugar and stir.
Step 13:
Add apples and pumpkin to butter with sugar.
Step 14:
Simmer, stirring, until the apples and pumpkin are ready.
Step 15:
Add lemon zest to the finished cooled filling and mix.
Step 16:
Knead the fluffy dough a little.
Step 17:
Divide the dough into balls of the same size.
Step 18:
Roll each ball into a circle and put a spoonful of filling.
Step 19:
Pinch the pie first like a dumpling, and then stretch the ends to the sides and fasten them.
Step 20:
Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment, pinch down, cover with a towel and let it come up for half an hour. Grease the top of future pies with beaten yolk before baking.
Step 21:
Bake the pies at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
